Mites In-House group practices 2 times per week. Please review the schedule on this website for specific dates and times posted at the beginning of each month.

Are jerseys provided or are they purchased separately?
Practice jerseys are provided to each player during the season.

2024-2025 8U MITES IN-HOUSE
The ACFYHA 8U Mites In-House Program focuses on recreational hockey for players who are the ages of 5 through 8. The program is designed for players who have completed the ACFYHA Developmental Program (or have equivalent experience) and want to continue to develop their skills development through small area games while providing opportunities to play hockey in a cross-ice setting.
Our highly qualified instructors promote player teamwork, sportsmanship, and the development of self-confidence during on-ice sessions.
The program is set to begin on October 19, 2024 and runs through the beginning of March. Sessions will generally alternate between 7:00 am and 8:00 am on Saturdays and Sundays. Schedule will be updated throughout the season on the Avon Hockey website.
The price for the full season program is $650.00. The price for the half season program is $325.00. Half season runs from January-March.
All players will be required to submit a 2024-2025 USA Hockey membership number to the ACFYHA Registrar. USA Hockey memberships can be obtained at: https://membership.usahockey.com/
