2022-2023 Season Scholarship Request
The Avon Canton Farmington Youth Hockey Association, through various fundraising activities, has established a scholarship fund for families that are members in good standing who have paid their commitment fees, have fallen on hard economic times, and cannot make their payments, even utilizing a payment plan. To request this benefit, please complete the scholarship application in full. Your application will be reviewed by the Scholarship Committee and a decision will be communicated to you as soon as one has been reached. The maximum amount that may be awarded is 50% of the current season’s tuition. Incomplete applications will not be acted upon.
