Game Jerseys, Sock and Shell Order Information

In order to have uniforms for the start of the 2021-2022 season, please order by June 30, 2021. 

If you played for Avon Hockey for the 2020-2021 season (except as stated below) and already have a jersey number assigned, that number is yours and you are free to order without checking with the Avon Hockey Registrar. If you played on an 8U (Mite) team for Avon during the 2020-2021 season and are moving up to 10U (Squirt) for the 2021-2022 season, you will need to request a new jersey number. If you did not play for Avon for the 2020-2021 season, you will need to request a jersey number.

Those requiring a jersey number, and any current player wishing to change their number, must send their top 3 choices to  . All jersey numbers must be cleared by the Registrar prior to ordering your jerseys.

ACFYHA will NOT be responsible for wrong numbers being ordered. If a player orders an unauthorized number, he/she will NOT be able to use it.

Please review the uniform guidelines below that apply to your division.
 
All players at the 10U, 12U, and 14U levels are required to wear navy blue pants or shell with the Avon Hockey logo. Players may wear the NEW or OLD style of socks. New players, and any player wishing to change their number, should send their top 3 choices to  .
 
All jersey orders must be placed by June 30, 2021.
 
14U (Bantam) Players  
Either navy pants or the Avon Hockey logoed shell (worn over hockey pants) is required. The new or old style of sock may be worn.
 
12U (PeeWee) and 10U (Squirt) Players
Either navy pants or the Avon Hockey logoed shell (worn over hockey pants) is required. The new or old style of sock may be worn.
 
8U (Mite) Players
Players will be loaned a jersey with an assigned number, and jerseys will be returned at the end of the season for a thorough cleaning. Once players move to 10U, they may choose their own number.
 
Either black, navy, or Avon Hockey logoed shell (worn over hockey pants) is required. The new or old style of sock may be worn.

  
Selection of Jersey Numbers for New Travel Team Players
NEW travel players at the 10U, 12U, and 14U levels need to send their top 3 number choices to Matt Slattery, the Registrar, at  . All jersey numbers must be cleared by the Registrar prior to ordering your jerseys. Current Avon Hockey players (those that played on a travel team during the 2020-2021 season) that have already been assigned a number, keep their number as long as they remain with Avon Hockey and do not need to check with the registrar prior to ordering new jerseys unless they wish to select a different number.
